Witnessing the extinction of numerous species is upsetting and sad.
We are more aware of it because we understand that humans are to blame.
We can always blame the poachers, yet even our disregard for the environment can cause animal extinction.
It seems as though we were given just one task to take care of the environment, and we failed at it.
But there’s no use crying over spilt milk right now; we need to take quick action to safeguard them.
The efforts of several groups, alliances, and institutions to save endangered animals have increased.
They also exhort people to behave appropriately in support of their goals.
One of the numerous places that hold endangered animals in the hope that they can reproduce and grow in number is the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium in Ohio.
The birth of an endangered species under their care was joyfully announced by the zoo.
According to the United States Endangered Species Act, the white polar bear is considered to be endangered or threatened.
They currently number between 22,000 and 31,000 people, according to estimates. Two adult polar bears were kept at the Toledo Zoo so they could reproduce.
Polar bear Crystal, 24, just gave birth to her eighth and ninth cubs.
The zoo sought advice from the Polar Bear Species Survival Program, and the organization suggested breeding in the hopes of boosting the population of polar bears by mating Crystal with a male.
In March of last year, they welcomed Nuka, a male who is 18 years old, into their zoo.
When Crystal and Nuka got together, they had twin cubs!

They hadn’t had twin cubs in ten years until now.
There is no greater news than two kids being born at once when population growth is the goal.
The gender of the cubs could not yet be determined, according to zoo officials.
“Mom (Crystal) is making every effort. The cubs are warm, content, and in their mother’s den. According to the video, Michael Frushour, the curator of mammals at the Toledo Zoo, “(A) truly fantastic news for Toledo and the TZA Community.”

Those who were old enough remembered all the wonderful things the zoo had said about Crystal’s babies.
They praised and applauded the mother bear for giving birth to these cubs, something that would help them have more of them.
Others congratulated her for being a good mother or parent.
She was seen tenderly cuddling with them and tucking the cubs between her arms to keep them warm in the footage.
Crystal still gave her most recent offspring the same level of attention and care as she had given birth to all the others. What a wonderful mama!
According to the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium, the cubs will be shown to the public in the spring of next year.
They would be able to identify their gender and even divulge their names by that time. The two would initially need to rest and stay warm within their den throughout the winter in order to grow bigger and stronger and become prepared for the outside world.
