Manchas was a Peruvian street dog who lived in Lurn, Lima, for many years. The dog was adopted as the town’s mascot because it was adored by all residents, frequently appeared at festivals, had a distinctive personality, and was taken care of and fed by the locals. Manchas spent weeks in the hospital due to his elderly age and the toll that life was taking on him.
