When a shelter dog runs into the family he thought he had lost forever, he reacts with the nicest response.

The dog was tethered to a fence when a staff member arrived at work one morning. When the shelter first took the small dog in, he was terrified. He didn’t appear to comprehend what was going on.

He “seemed pretty nervous and would subtly snarl when meeting new people,” a volunteer said. When given candy or when a baby spoke to him, “he would stop.” His attitude is understandable considering that he was found chained to our fence.

Over time, the dog grew accustomed to his new life at the shelter. Throughout his two months there, the staff had put forth a lot of effort to match him with the ideal new family. Then, in a much better development, they located his missing family.

The canine had a family who were looking for him, the animal shelter discovered in March. He was reportedly taken away from them and found himself at the shelter, according to reports. They were overjoyed to learn where he had been.

The dog jumped into his mother’s arms and gave her a big hug as soon as he saw her. Nobody questioned whether the dog had returned to his family. Everyone was thrilled that they had been able to play a part in the success of the reunion.
