Sneaky soldier has heartwarming reunion with teen sisters in school cafeteria

Military life is difficult, and it affects everyone in a service member’s life, not just the active duty personnel. family, close friends, and siblings.

Sergent Bradley Komar of the United States Army National Guard had to abandon his two younger sisters.

When he enlisted in the military, his sisters, Eden and Jordan Viles, had to say goodbye to him because they had no idea when they would be able to see him again.

Families may find it difficult when a member departs, and this difficulty is heightened if the individual is traveling to a conflict zone. Even when siblings argue, the love and care they share never fades.

According to psychologists, having a military sibling has a huge impact on family members and alters family dynamics.

The Viles girls grew closer together since they had each other but no longer had their big brother’s protection and guidance.

The surprise of a lifetime was waiting for the girls at Winnetonka High School, where they both attend and spend their lunch hours.

The kids got ready to wish their brother well since they knew a TV crew was at the school and wanted pupils to offer holiday greetings to military personnel serving overseas.

They had no idea he was standing a few feet behind them.

He crept up behind them and got ready to say hello as Jordan was in the middle of talking about how much she missed her brother.

When asked how he felt about the reunion, Sgt Komar replied, “I think butterflies captures it fairly perfectly. He was so genuinely excited, as evidenced by the smile on his face as he walked up to them.

Upon seeing him again, the girls’ amazement and joy were evident.

Midway through their interview with KMBC 9, Komar wrapped his hands around their shoulders and said, “Hey guys.”

The screams of joy and a bear embrace amongst the three kids appeared to take the children a time to completely comprehend what was happening.

A wave of cheers erupted in the cafeteria as their faces were buried in his uniformed chest and his head was tucked into theirs.

Eden remarked, “I can’t believe this is happening. It was strange.”

Standing arm in arm during a post-reunion interview, both sisters expressed their joy at their big brother’s return for the holidays.

The trio appeared to be reveling in the ecstasy of the moment, each of them grinning from ear to ear, despite the fact that Sgt Komar will ultimately have to go back to active service.

It is uncertain if Bradley’s parents were informed that he would be arriving home early or if they participated in the planning of the surprise.

It is stated that having a sibling in the military unites the rest of the family.

Families with a military member prefer to gather, especially if they have young children, and realize how important it is to show one another affection, whether out of pride or fear. The affection between Sgt. Bradley Komar and his sisters is evident.
