A cat who arrived at a shelter four months ago charms people with his good looks in the hopes of finding a home soon.
Four months ago, Georgie was discovered as a stray cat and brought to an animal shelter. About three years old, he had amassed considerable street cred by braving the wilderness and fighting for survival.
Georgie possessed a pleasant disposition and a permanent head tilt. Sara Sharp, founder of Community Cat Club, told Love Meow, “He most likely had a severe infection that went untreated, causing this.”
The tilt does not bother him or necessitate any additional precautions. “But it does make him extra cute.”
Georgie is a large-framed, 15-pound boy with an even larger personality. Each day, he greeted people at the shelter with an endearing smirk, hoping that someone would take him home and love him forever.
Georgie was transferred to Community Cat Club, a rescue organization based in Gloucester County, New Jersey, for a better chance of finding a good home after three months of unsuccessful waiting.
Sara told Love Meow, “He was consistently ignored.” We cannot fathom it because he is the cutest love bug ever.
Everyone (human or feline) who visits Georgie is greeted with a warm welcome. He enjoys approaching his people with his curious eyes and endearing head tilt. He enjoys being petted and giving head bumps equally.
The corpulent silver-gray cat likes to lounge and sunbathe by the window. He is not shy about flaunting his large cheeks and good looks in an attempt to win over everyone.
Georgie exudes his charismatic qualities effortlessly. Simply look his people in the eyes and stick out his tongue for good measure.
He has evolved into a playful cat who enjoys cuddling. He is affable, affectionate, faithful, and a couch potato.
Georgie is now alone, waiting for his day to come, as the other cats that he arrived at the adoption center with have all been adopted.
“He is the only cat left at our adoption center, as all the others have been adopted. What’s not to adore about those chubby cheeks, beard, and beautiful eyes?”
Georgie is a man about town, a cheerful big guy who never misses an opportunity for a good cuddle.
He enjoys his new life as an indoor cat with an abundance of delicious food and soft blankets.
Georgie is happiest when he is lounging on a couch, chasing a toy, or simply observing the day with his people.
