There are a lot of depressing stories online. And it’s depressing to consider how many of them actually occurred.
They’re all so heartbreaking, all of them.
There is a strong likelihood that you will be impacted by them, whether you like it or not. even though the characters in the novel are not people.
Even situations where animals were engaged are unpleasant.
One of them is the tale of this horse.
Its terrible background has turned it hostile. His previous owners trained horses to “break” with brutality.
They “kept him standing without food or water for 4 weeks while beating him and binding his head securely between two posts.”
The horse became violent and had little faith in people as a result of the appalling treatment he had endured.
However, everything changed when he met Max, an exceptional man who also transformed his life.
He was aggressive, but that man purchased him. He also had no qualms about taking that horse home.
Janna Grapperhaus claims that her father was the one who purchased the horse. She also said that her mother was adamantly opposed to the notion of keeping Major because it might be harmful to her husband.
Even though it was dangerous for him, he managed his aggressive conduct. Even the time he brought him home was a fiasco.
That’s also the reason why the horse was named Major as her mum saw her as a “Major Deal”.
Max persevered with Major despite the fact that he was not in a good place.

Other people may have given up on Major if this had happened to them, but Max persisted. Max tried his hardest to earn his trust.
It was satisfying that Max accomplished his goal of making Major feel loved.
Major benefited greatly from his labor and became a kind horse as a result. After two years, Major gave him his full trust and allowed him to ride on him.
“My dad never broke him; he gave him what he deserved.” Dad toiled day in and day out to gain the mistreated horse’s trust.
The fierce and aggressive horse also picked up on kissing his human pal on the head. He delighted in doing it.
Max spent time with Major frequently, which really enhanced the horse. Because horses are “extremely sociable creatures,” this is definitely the case.
Max was sadly no longer present in Major’s life physically because he passed away in October 2020.
He no longer has the one who never gave up on him. And the thought of it hurts too much.
Major was able to give Max his final kiss because of the efforts of Max’s family. Additionally, it was his final opportunity to say goodbye to his best friend.
