Sometimes schoolchildren are more concerned about animals than adults.
The cross-nation team at Saint Joseph High School in California arranged the best way to draw the attention of the dogs who need a home. They took the dogs from the Santa Barbara Animal Shelter for a short run.
Both the children and the dogs had fun during the run. One dog named Fed even was carried to the finish as he was too tired. So the schoolchildren did a great job and surely drew some attention to the shelter dogs.
