Heroic dog from Argentina puts life at risk to rescue little girls from a wild puma attack

The Dogo Argentino made the decision to put his life in danger when Morocho came face to face with a puma in order to save two little girls.

The Dogo Argentino is a sizable, white, and powerful dog that was bred in Argentina for big game hunting, according to Wikipedia.

It was known that they hunted wild boars. Dogo Argentinos were also developed expressly to guard their human partners.

Therefore, that is most likely the reason why Morocho was able to kill a puma with ease.

Dogo Argentinos were first bred by Antonio Nores Martinez.

His grandson then took over. Dr. Ulises D’Andrea Nores frequently visited the breeding establishment to ensure that his grandfather’s work was being continued.

Carolina Cappalletti, Ulise’s wife, stated, “I feel quite safe when Dogos are in my house.

In 2008, the Nores family and a few guests were spending the day on the farm when Morocho showed that grandpa’s legacy had been a success.

Sofie Cappaletti of Cappaletti and Yoli Yoli of their friend were playing close to their favorite fig tree where they love to harvest figs.

Yoli climbed to the highest branch she could because she knew that the best figs were typically found at the top of the tree.

There was only one issue. There were other people in the tree besides her.

However, by the time Yoli climbed the tree, it was already too late.

She was unaware that the same tree was also home to a puma, also referred to as a mountain lion or cougar.

She said to Animal Planet, “I was pretty afraid when I saw the puma.

The puma is one of South America’s largest predators, weighing up to 180 lbs.

“Yoli first heard noises up on the tree, like branches twisting and leaves moving, when she was around 7 feet off the ground. According to dogo4u.blogspot, as the woman looked up, she “saw a BIG puma jumping down the upper branches.”

Animal struck the child with a paw, causing Yoli to fall flat on her back from a height of two meters.

Fortunately, Yoli and Sophie were able to rise and begin to run, but the puma was close behind.

Fortunately, 90-pound Morocho stepped in to save the girls.

He ran after the puma and attacked it without thinking.

When Yoli’s father heard the girls screaming, he ran as quickly as he could.

Tomas Bracamonte remarked, “I thought it was a snake. “I arrived rushing. I got there as quickly as I could.

He discovered Morocho when he got there. Although severely hurt, the dog was still alive. For the puma, it was too late—it was already dead.

Poor Morocho was taken by Bracamonte back to the farm.

Morocho’s ability to save the girls won over the hearts of the families.

The girls said, “If it weren’t for Morocho, we’d be injured.”

Morocho was eventually treated for ten whole days and brought back to health.

If not for Morocho, who rose to fame in this community following that attack, Cappaletti added. “Because he is our protector, Morcho holds a particular place in our hearts. The girls said, “Ocho, we’d get harmed.”

Those two young girls are still alive today because of Morocho.

The bravery of Morocho stunned millions of people throughout the world.

More than 2.5 million people have seen the Morocho tale video on YouTube.
