Recently, she shared her workout routine with her Instagram followers, and she proved that she’s a unique personality- once again.
You see, she just does things in her own special way. She doesn’t follow any particular rules, and she doesn’t stick to details.
She just focuses on getting the job done without spending too much time and energy on doing everything perfectly.
In the video that she posted online, she shared three exercises that help her keep fit.
First, she does trampoline jumping. However, as she explains, having a trampoline is not mandatory since you can just jump on the floor and have the same effect.
“If you don’t have one, just bounce up and down like this,” she says as she shows how she does the jumps. “Put your arms up because when you do and work your arms, it works your heart, too.”
Indeed, experts agree that jumping on a trampoline exercises the whole body.
It seems to increase circulation, improve balance and coordination, while it also leads to better core strength and bone density.
Next, Hawn moves to the kitchen, where she finds two bottles of wine, which she uses as weights.
This is to highlight that there’s no need for fancy equipment. On the contrary, you can work out with things you already have on hand.
As she notes in the video, two bottles of water would also do the job!
The last thing she shows in her video is going for a walk. Indeed, what better way to keep moving than going for a walk?
“Walking is the most important thing you can possibly do,” she states.
And if you’re tired of walking forward all the time, you can try walking backward, Goldie suggests. This way, not only will you not get bored, but you will also get to use a different part of your brain, which is amazing and so good for you.
Just make sure you don’t walk on a busy street and keep your ears open for cars approaching.
