He acknowledged that it was difficult to teach Tokyo how to use the bathroom, but he persisted. As it would be too challenging, he would first permit the dog to urinate there but not Tokyo. Tokyo can now fully support herself on her front paws when using the restroom.
Tokyo, according to Alejandro, is exceptionally clean and she never leaves a mess in the restroom. The dog just lacks knowledge of how to flush. Tokyo is such a clever canine!
