Recently, one of their Christmas renditions of the classic Christmas song, “Do You Hear What I Hear?” attracted a large number of online apprentices. “Do You Hear What I Hear?” was a delightful classic.
The small children questioned during the song were asked about the birth of Jesus, which set Gentri’s version apart from the others. They desired to illustrate Christmas through the eyes of children. To think about how children experienced Christmas was captivating.
The song taught everyone a little bit more about the Christmas season. The singers desired that people be entertained during the Christmas season by spreading smiles around the world, performing acts of service, or doing whatever they felt beneficial about. The melody was delicate to the ear and was delivered with charm. Noel Regney wrote the classic Christmas melody “Do You Hear What I Hear?” in 1962, and Gloria Shayne composed the music.
It was weakly based on the account of Jesus’ birth. The autobiography was taken from Matthew’s Gospel. It had the tiniest fragments of stories from the Gospel of Luke, when the Angels related the events surrounding Jesus’ captivity to the characters. Gentri did a remarkable job of conveying what shooting the world in actuality meant in their delightfully upbeat and vibrant song.
