Fisherman saves a bear cub: the next day the mother bear comes to him with a gift

In the early summer morning of 1984, a fishing enthusiast discovered a bear cub that had fallen into the river.
He was carried by the current. The man stepped into the midst of the rapid without thinking twice and assisted the bear cub in reaching the beach.

After the fisherman believed the incident was over, a bear approached him the following day.
The fisherman recalled the bite being really weak that day. The bear cub, unable to resist, probably slipped into the river while trying to fish upstream.

The bear seems to be a month or so old. It was obvious that he could not handle the stream, so he walked into the rapids because it was much easier for an adult to remain in the river.

While the fisherman, who was seated on a hard bank, shrugged and collected his gear, the bear cub dashed into the undergrowth.

The next morning, he returned to the same general place, but after a while, he felt someone observing him.

The man turned his head and saw a large bear coming at him from behind.

He still didn’t know what to say when he suddenly saw a massive pile of fish at her paws.

The bear stood for a while before turning around and leaving her catch as a thank-you gift for saving the child.
Wild creatures appear to be significantly more intelligent than people realize. At least they are aware of the feeling of gratitude.
