Farmer successfully closes the sale of a lifetime after standing by his principles and not caving to the judges of “Shark Tank.”

It’s easy to forget that there are values outside of money. That’s why I’m continuously inspired by those who work hard to protect the environment and help others save money so they may better sustain themselves. And this is particularly true for farmers, who put forth a lot of effort merely to give us food. Hence, I didn’t mind that the “Shark Tank” panel of businessmen weren’t immediately interested in Florida’s Johnny Georges, a Christian irrigation farmer. This man has a good heart, a good attitude, and a good idea that might help tens of thousands of farmers throughout the nation.

Georges went on the show to implore the panel to invest $150,000 in his “Tree T-Pee” company. His invention transforms plant irrigation and aids farmers in yearly water conservation of thousands of gallons. The only problem is George’s corporate philosophy. Each “Tree T-Pee” costs him $2.95 to create, yet he only gets paid $4.50 for each one.

The judges proposed that Georges raise the price of his items to about $12 when they understood this. This would be advantageous for Georges and investors, who would also be able to grow the company and reach every potential client in America.

Yet Georges’ clients are not your normal clients. Georges won’t overcharge them since they are farmers. Georges expressed this with a very worried appearance. When tears started to form, he shook his head from side to side.

One investor immediately departed. Georges was ready to quit up when another judge volunteered to invest the full $150,000 in the agreement, saving him from doing so. He praised Georges’ strong character, convictions, and spirit in addition to the items.
