The animal welfare company based in Detroit recently saved 108 dogs from the biggest dogfighting operation in Michigan. The dogs were saved with the help of the government and law enforcement. Among them was a blind chained dog.
The company named Bark Nation found the dog blind and chained outside the sanctuary. The poor dog was there in such awful condition because of these cruel dogfighting events.
He was called “Turkey Jerky Snack”. Turkey began to enjoy his day in the sanctuary and would like to have his forever home. The shelter staff did everything to make the life of the abused dog even better. The dog soon became the winner of the sanctuary’s “Bark-academy Honors” as the best actor.
