While on vacation, the singer, who turns 32 on Sunday (July 30), shocked her 102,000 followers by flashing her toned abs.
The contestant from the ITV competition in 2008 appeared without any makeup at the beach to accentuate her freckled, unaltered beauty.
A third monochrome picture showed the chart-topper sunbathing in an olive green two-piece with a bottle of factor 30 by her side. A second picture showed the pop star relaxing in a chair in her hotel room enjoying a hot beverage.
