Bruce disappeared from the spotlight, and he was subsequently identified as having frontotemporal dementia.

“Our family wanted to start by expressing our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, support, and wonderful stories we have all received since sharing Bruce’s original diagnosis,” his daughter Rumer Willis wrote on social media.

Since we now have a better grasp of what he is going through, we wanted to provide you an update on our adored husband, father, and friend.

Since we disclosed Bruce’s aphasia diagnosis in the spring of 2022, his condition has worsened, and we now know his illness is frontotemporal dementia (also known as FTD).

Tallulah, the actor’s daughter with Demi Moore, is having mental health problems, and they grow as her father’s health condition deteriorates, as his wife, ex-wife, and kids were also affected by his disease.

Less than three months after her father’s aphasia diagnosis, Tallulah’s fiancé Dillon Buss broke off their engagement, and she opened up about her anorexia.

According to accounts, Bruce is aware of his daughter’s pain.

According to a source quoted by Radar, “Bruce could see her wasting away and it only made his own problems worse.”

The insider continued, “Bruce was broken when he observed Tallulah’s suffering.

The family reached the conclusion that it would be best if they avoided each other at all costs.

After checking into an in-patient institution following the breakup, Tallulah was given a borderline personality disorder diagnosis.

Tallulah detailed how her difficulties with body dysmorphia started when she started taking ADHD medication in the essay she wrote for Vogue Magazine.

When Tallulah took her prescription, “I felt smart for the first time,” she added, “but I also started to love the appetite-suppressing side effect of the meds. I spotted a method to replace the uncomfortable adolescent with a flitting little pixie. My perspective of myself also became distorted, like it does for so many others with eating disorders.

When reducing weight quickly, there is an unhealthy sweetness at the beginning. ‘Oh wow!’ they exclaim. The question soon shifts to “Are you okay?” I ignored the fear among my friends and family.

“By the spring of 2022, I weighed about 84 lbs.,” the 29-year-old continued. I was usually cold. In my Los Angeles area, I was asking mobile IV teams to come to my home because I was scared I wouldn’t have anywhere to sit down and recover my breath.

We sincerely hope Tallulah will be able to get better.
