A youngster who had been missing for 13 years was found after submitting an application for college.
When Julian Hernandez, 18, revealed he had been missing for 13 years, he was trying to apply to Brandon Falls College. The teenager’s mother in Alabama reported him missing before his father took him.
Julian was just five years old at the time. Julian’s application was denied because his Social Security number did not match his name, according to CNN affiliate WVTM.
He was reported missing after he and his school counselor made a sincere effort to determine why he was listed in the National Center for lost and victimized Children database.
