Sarah Sleime, a Greater Charlotte SPCA volunteer, found the “weeping” of the pit bull very exciting.
The dog was crying like a human. When the volunteer started to talk to her the pit bull began to cry. It was obvious that recently she had a litter of puppies.
The photos of the dog’s tears went viral and many people wanted to adopt her. But it was Sleime’s buddy Meghan Shelton who adopted the poor dog.
Shelton named her Rosie. Soon Rosie got on well with both the family and their other pit bull.
