The actress Sofa Vergara is adept at drawing attention while wearing a bikini! The Modern Family star isn’t afraid to show off her flawless skin and seductive curves whether she’s relaxing on a beach or taking a dip.
But she worked hard for her beach physique; the Colombian native maintains a regular exercise schedule.
In an interview with SELF magazine in February 2017, Sofa admitted that while she detests exercising, she understands its value.”I’m getting older, and I know that it does matter,
Those who exercise—both men and women—can attest to it, she said at the time. “Things start to change, and I’m like, the only thing to do is go take advantage of it.”
The Chef actress doesn’t adhere to the same diet, though. Sofa claimed that she switches up her routines roughly every six months and that, at the time of her interview, she was involved in boxing.
I have pretty poor knees, so I can’t do CrossFit or anything that involves jumping, she said.
Her healthy diet, with the occasional “balance” of sweets, helps her maintain her trim figure.
“I do have a lot of fruits and vegetables, and we cook fresh meats,” Sofa said. But I also have dessert and ice cream, which we usually enjoy on the weekends. I make an effort to remain calm during the workweek.
The America’s Got Talent judge emphasized the significance of sunscreen for skincare when it comes to heading to the beach.
She said, “I started using sunblock when I was very young on my face,” and later regretted not realizing “that you should also put it on your chest and neck.”
On occasion, Sofa uploads photos of herself wearing swimsuit to her Instagram account, some of which are from her time living in Miami, Florida, in the 1990s. After immigrating to the country in 1998, Sofia made her home in the sunny area before relocating to Los Angeles later in her acting career.
She was dressed in a two-piece camouflage outfit and tagged a sensual Instagram carousel photo from February 2022, “#tbt Miami.”
