Michael J. Foxx’s Health Issue

Michael was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 1991. He was only 29 then and at the peak of his career. The doctors told him he’d be lucky if he could continue his career for ten more years.

However, this news never dampened Michael’s spirits. It even sparked a new sense of optimism in him. He launched the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. He eventually decided to retire from acting in 2020 – far more than the doctor predicted he would last in his career.
