In the world of entertainment, actress Anna Kendrick doesn’t require much of an introduction. Fans enjoy watching the Hollywood diva flaunt her stuff at the beach. She has created a name for herself in films like Pitch Perfect and Twilight. In addition, she always looks gorgeous in a bikini, whether it’s for a day at the beach or lounging by the pool.
Anna, who rose to fame as an a cappella star from the movie series, once admitted that she was asked to “display more skin” for the part, probably because she donned sexy and adorable performing attire onstage.
The “Cups” singer joked to InStyle in December 2017, “I feel like we get suggestions from the top suggesting they should be tighter, sexier, and expose more skin whenever we do the wardrobe fittings.” And I said, “I don’t think that’s why people are coming to see the movie. No doubt, they haven’t responded to our seductive pitch.
Although she prefers a movie’s depth to its superficial attractiveness, Anna nonetheless engages in regular exercise to maintain her toned figure. She described her practice in a May 2020 interview with Shape.
The Camp star exclaimed, “Every time I try something new, I’m like, I found it!” “I discovered the only exercise I’ll ever require! I eventually become so fixated on it that I exhaust myself and have to start over with something else. I went through phases when I practiced yoga, pilates, barre, and ran. The only activity I’ve never tried because I know I’d be terrible at it is exercising when someone is screaming at you, “Come on! Climb up on your knees.
Then she talked about how at that time, she also went through a “hiking phase,” but she made it clear that her goal wasn’t to lose weight.
Working out used to indicate that the primary objective was to change your body’s shape, according to Anna. Yet, these days, strength and flexibility are more important than outward beauty.
The Up in the Air actress acknowledged that she needed to “change [her] thinking” regarding body image, but she also spoke about how much her “quality of life” has improved as a result of putting her physical talents first. And she stresses the value of breakfast while making sure she eats plenty throughout the day.
She jokingly declared, “If I don’t eat within five minutes of getting up, I will rip your face off,” and subsequently mentioned how much she adored mac ‘n’ cheese.
The Tony Award candidate stated, “Everything in moderation is such a cliche, but it’s true. “Carbs and dairy are the two things I live for.”
